Boundaries provides structured education and coaching to help individuals reduce the mental, emotional, and behavioral harm associated with gambling.

Services are non-clinical and focus on awareness, accountability, and healthy boundary-setting. Boundaries does not provide therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or addiction treatment.

Referral provided when needs exceed scope.

Both secular and faith-aligned tracks are available. Faith-based reflection is optional and values-oriented.

All participants are required to complete an intake form and consent agreement prior to services.
